Chrome quote-of-the-day wallpaper suddenly disappeared

Not sure if it's just me, but my Sublime qotd screen kind of just disappeared... not sure how to turn it back on either! Been gone for 1 day and I miss the tiny pockets of wisdom already.

Hi Juliana -  After hearing everyone's feedback, we realized that having New Tab on by default was not a great experience for people.
We then tried to have New Tab turned off by default, but extension functionality is binary - either the entire thing is off (meaning our Highlighter would also be turned off), or everything is on (not good!).
Given all this, we decided to pull New Tab out of the extension for now.  We still love it as a delightful lil feature for people and plan on releasing it soon inside the product / as it's own extension / some other cool way that doesn't jam people who aren't interested in it!
