Extension should not hijack homepage

This is frankly predatory behavior reminiscent of awful software practices of the 90s to hijack the homepage without explicit consent. It's a great option, and I'm glad it's there, but it should never behave this way by default. I have never heard of or seen another Safari extension that behaves this way. Why would you ever do this?

We have removed the New Tab feature from our extension. Your Sublime extension should update automatically within the next few hours. If you have any issues, let me know!
How we made this call:
* After hearing everyone's feedback (thx to everyone who shared via Slack and email), we realized that having New Tab on by default was not a great experience for people.
* We then tried to have New Tab turned off by default, but extension functionality is binary - either the entire thing is off (meaning our Highlighter would also be turned off), or everything is on (not good!).
* Given all this, we decided to pull New Tab out of the extension for now. We still love it as a delightful lil feature for people and plan on releasing it soon inside the product / as it's own extension / some other cool way that doesn't jam people who aren't interested in it!
